Registration

Conference fees, in Reais (R$):

 

 

 

 

(Approximate exchange rates in April 2008: US$1.00=R$1.70;  €1.00=R$2.70)

The Regular fee includes: conference material (programme booklet, electronic version of the abstract book, conference bag), welcome reception, lunches (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday), conference excursion on Wednesday,  conference banquet and costs of the conference proceedings.

The Student fee includes all above except the lunches.

Students are requested to send an official signed proof of studentship. The student’s status will only be accepted after receiving this official  proof. Send your proof to the conference e-mail (icdim2008@fisica.ufs.br), as an attached scanned document. Add to the subject field of your e-mail the phrase “studentship proof”. And don’t forget to clearly indicate your full name, your affiliation and the title of your accepted abstracts (if any).

There is no fee for the accompanying guests. Individual tickets for the conference excursion, conference banquet and lunches can be purchased at the conference desk.

Methods of payment: Credit card, bank transfer or in cash, at the conference desk.

1– Send the payment to the following account:

Please, don't forget to put you name in and state clearly in your FAX or e-mail that the receipt corresponds to the payment of the ICDIM2008 conference fee. This account is used to receive  other funds and if you don't identify your deposit, it will be difficult for us to find it!
